Ethnic arts does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (Coupon) or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.

No exchange or refund for clearance items

No refund is offered once order is place or change of mind after the order is place

All clearance items sales are final

If item is wrong size can be exchanged

If item is defective only than we are happy to provide a solution 

In case the article you received is damaged, defected, incomplete or incorrect we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take proper pictures & video so that we can offer you a solution.We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase Or receive, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Parcel will be send at your own expense for replacement or exchange item customer has to pay the extra postage too .

No refund or exchange on clearance items or end of line items and Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Please choose carefully as no return or refund is provided on imitation jewellery because of hygiene issues unless it is defective or damaged

Items bought with afterpay & zip are not subject to exchange or refund. All sales are final if purchased using afterpay & zip apps.
